Today, Everman ISD proudly honors Senator Tammy Duckworth during Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month.
A decorated Army veteran, Purple Heart recipient, and the first Asian American woman elected to Congress, Senator Duckworth has dedicated her life to service, leadership, and advocacy. Despite losing both legs while serving our country in Iraq, she has continued to inspire millions through her resilience, courage, and commitment to public service.

Smiles, team spirit, and nothing but fun!
