The Everman ISD Maintenance & Construction Department is committed to providing safe, functional, and welcoming learning environments for all students, staff, and visitors. Our team works behind the scenes every day to maintain district facilities, support campus operations, complete repairs, oversee construction and renovation projects, and ensure building systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Submit a Work Order

All maintenance requests should be submitted through Incident IQ. Submitting requests through the work order system ensures proper tracking, prioritization, and communication.
