Everman ISD has partnered with Parchment to provide a secure and convenient way to request official student transcripts, credentials, and education verifications.

Students, Parents, Former Students & Alumni

Students, parents, former students, and alumni requesting credentials for themselves or their student should select the “Learner Account” option to request credentials.

Current Students

Current Everman ISD students may request official transcripts at no cost.

Select the “Learner Account” option and follow the prompts to create an account or sign in to an existing account. Be sure to select the appropriate Everman ISD campus when submitting your request.

Current Student Transcript Fee: FREE

Former Students & Alumni

Former Everman ISD students and graduates may request official transcripts through Parchment.

Select the “Learner Account” option and follow the prompts to create an account or sign in to an existing account. Select the Everman ISD campus you attended or graduated from and provide the requested identifying information so your student record can be located.

Former Student/Alumni Transcript Fee: $10.00 per request

Third-Party & Education Verification Requests

Employers, background screening agencies, colleges, universities, government agencies, and other organizations requesting student records or verification on behalf of another individual should use the designated Third-Party/Education Verification request option.

Third-party organizations should not use the “Learner Account” option to request records or verifications on behalf of an individual.

Third-Party/Education Verification Fee: $45.00 per request

Student, Parent (for students under 18), Former Student or Alumni

Employer, Background Screening Agency, College/University, Government Agency or Other Organization
Select the appropriate Third-Party/Education Verification option.

Before You Submit Your Request

Please make sure you:

●      Select the correct Everman ISD campus.

●      Enter the student's name as it appeared while enrolled in Everman ISD, including any former or maiden names when applicable.

●      Provide complete and accurate identifying information so the correct student record can be located.

●      Select the appropriate request option based on whether you are requesting credentials for yourself/your student or requesting records or verification as a third party.

Incorrect or incomplete information may delay processing.

●      Former Students/Alumni: $10.00 per request
