Tonight, the Board of Trustees approved the 2025–2026 compensation plan, which includes salary increases of $2,500 for teachers with 3-4 years of experience and $5,000 for those with 5+ years of experience. Refer to the graphic for beginning teacher salaries and those with 1-2 years of experience. All other staff members will receive a 3% midpoint increase. Thank you, EISD board, for investing in our educators and support staff!
