Registration Information Letter

Dear Parents,

 

If your child is a new student coming to Everman ISD, online registration is open from May31-July 1, 2022, and will reopen on July 11, 2022.  This online registration period is for new to the district students only.

 

July 11-July 25, 2022

Online registration will open for both new enrollees and returning students.

  • Complete the required online registration and bring required documents such as proof of residency, immunization record, and current parent ID to campus (dates and locations are listed below).

 

Tuesday, July 26, 2022

In-person registration begins at all campuses from 1:00-6:30 p. m.

 

July 26-August 3, 2022

Online and in-person registration will open for both new enrollees and returning students.

  • Complete the required online registration and bring required documents such as proof of residency, immunization record, and current parent ID to campus (dates and locations are listed below).
  • If you require assistance, please go to the campus your child will be attending.

 

For specific circumstances that require documentation such as a Statement of Residency or an Affidavit, you must register at your child’s school during one of the campus dates and times listed below.

 

Thursday, August 4, 2022

In-person registration at elementary campuses (only) from 1:00-4:30 p. m.

 

 

**Parents may also get assistance with registration by calling the registration helpline at 817-615-3606 or at familyaccesshelp@eisd.org.

 

To help ensure safety, we ask that only the parent/guardian that is registering their child comes to the in-person registration sites.
