Gregory Montgomery

     I am excited to be starting my second year at Townley Elementary as your child's music teacher.  I am a Tarrant County native and it makes me proud to pour back into the children in the same area I was raised.  After graduating high school I attended Prairie View A & M University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in instrumental music education.  I started my career in Grand Prairie ISD and am now proud to be a Bulldog.

     When I am not at Townley my interests mainly revolve around music.  I love to work on my craft as a musician.  In order to build my skills to help my little musicians I write compositions.  I am also a Jazz Bassist, as well as brass musician.  I am a member of TMEA and the North Texas Orff Association.  Aside from music I love to spend time with my wife cooking and traveling with our family.

     I hope to inspire your children and teach them a love for the arts.  Thank you for this opportunity to work with you and your child!
