Dear BJHS Parents and Students,

As your principal, I am excited to welcome you to another school year. I am a servant leader who is
committed to cultivating excellence in every student in order to move beyond limits. 

I have been a part of the Everman ISD team since 2015. Most recently, I served as the Principal of
Everman Academy High School for two years. Prior to that, I served as the Dean of Instruction for four
years and 12th-grade assistant principal for a year at Everman Joe C. Bean High School. In addition,
I served as a high school English teacher, English Department Chair, Testing Coordinator, and Data
Analyst in Fort Worth ISD for nine years. I have three amazing children; Reginald, Haleigh, and Hilari.

At Charles Baxter Junior High School, we will make every effort to ensure that all students are
afforded the opportunity to get a high-quality education. We encourage all students to be responsible
and independent and to set high goals for themselves as they strive to maximize their potential academically and socially.
