    Principal - Ronald Pugh

Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year. We are excited that you are joining us as we embark on a new year of teaching and learning at Everman Joe C. Bean High School. My name is Ronald Pugh, and I am the proud principal of Everman Joe C. Bean High School. My career in education spans over 17 years, all at the high school level. I began teaching in Dallas ISD, where, as a classroom teacher, I taught biology, chemistry, physics, and anatomy & physiology. I later transitioned to Cedar Hill Collegiate High School as a Pre-AP chemistry teacher before moving into administration at Cedar Hill High School as an assistant principal for four years. Most recently, I served as an associate principal at Lake Ridge High School in Mansfield ISD.

This year we will renew our commitment to excellence in all that we do as we seek to provide world-class instruction daily with the expectation that all scholars will learn and succeed. We will continue to implement initiatives, processes, and systems that promote quality instruction and learning and engage our stakeholders.

I am excited about all that this new school year has to offer. I look forward to working collectively with you to ensure that our scholars are provided with the best educational experience possible as they become critical thinkers and responsible citizens, preparing to succeed in their endeavors after high school.

I look forward to building relationships with our scholars, faculty, and the community to ensure that we live up to our campus expectation of EXCELLENCE, EVERYWHERE, EVERY DAY.
