Volunteers

Everman ISD invites and encourages our district's parents, grandparents, guardians, and stakeholders to become involved in our schools by volunteering their spare time. Contact your school directly and ask how you can volunteer. There are many ways to get involved in the education of children.

NOTE: Anyone interested in volunteering for the 2023-2024 school year must reapply through the Raptor system, even if you have already applied for the previous year.

All returning and new volunteers will need to complete the EISD Volunteer application to be cleared to volunteer at any district location or district-sponsored event this school year. They must also pass a criminal background check. The Raptor Volunteer Application is available at the following locations: English Application - Spanish Application.

The Volunteer Application takes approximately five minutes to complete. Volunteer applicants must have a personal email address to submit the application, including automated notification that the application has been received and again when approved.
