Everman's instructional programs are designed to meet any special need student and teachers may have. These programs include:
- Experienced non-classroom mentor teachers for the first 3 years a teacher is in the district
- Continuing professional development opportunities throughout the year for staff
- Enrichment activities off campus (Imagination Celebration)
- Business Partnership program
- Full time counselor(s) on each campus
- Full time diagnostician on each campus
- A one-half day program for 4-year-olds who qualify under the federal lunch program for those who do not speak or understand English
- Early Childhood Intervention Instructional Programs on all elementary campuses
- Enrichment programs for the gifted and talented students
- Dyslexia Programs
- Content Mastery Programs on all campuses
- Bilingual and ESL instruction for limited English proficient students
- Accelerated Reader Programs
- Alternative Education Programs
- Title I classes for grades one-six
- Pre-AP & AP classes to qualifying students
- Dual credit college courses for qualifying students
- Summer school classes for kindergarten through eighth grade
- Special Education classes for students with special needs, including physical, mental, or emotional disabilities, as well as occupational training for students
- Vocational education cooperative and laboratory classes offering training in school laboratories and on the job training. A placement service is provided.
- Counseling services in career planning, advanced study, financial and personal counseling
- Internet connectivity in computer labs and in all classrooms
- Drug intervention/prevention on all campuses
- Credit Recovery for high school students
